It builds up your mind and body and increases your self-awareness, in turn toning your persona. You would be encouraged to participate actively in sports activities so that you are healthy physically and mentally. This is another feature organized by our foundation that is open to every member. We would provide you with the resources and the necessary assistance to make sports groups, arrange coaches of different sports and liaise with different government bodies.
