If the members of the Finishing School wish to seek further assistance from us, they can join any of the businesses going to be run by our Cooperative Society to train them to become self employed. - We would work for your Financial Empowerment through a cooperative society formed by you.
- The cooperative society called as, Sisters & Daughters Cooperative Society, would operate many types of activities and different business options suitable to you.
- We would demonstrate and provide the skills and techniques for improving and implementing various income generating activities and capacity building.
- Our foundation will help in setting up and in establishing the businesses. We would provide proper training and the requisite infrastructure to operate the businesses.
- You, the members of the society, would manage the administration and the day-to-day functioning of the society.
- The members who would work for the society would be given their due remunerations.
- The earnings from the initiatives of the society would meet the expenses incurred by the society. The surplus funds would be utilized for the activities of the society and the Finishing School.
- The society would work for you, by you and with you.
- The society would run various Income Generating Activities (IGA) according to your aptitude, interest and with your consent.

- Boutique with all the accessories
- Girls hostel management
- Girls Mess Operations & Arrangements

- Surveys for FMCG companies for household items
- Touring of your city for other city girls
- And many other activities depending on your choice and yo ur city needs.
- A problem shared ceases to be a problem. As the famous words by Spider Robinson, from ‘The Callahan Chronicles’, say, “Pain shared is pain lessened; joy shared is joy increased. Thus do we refute entropy.”
- We would provide you with the resources like place, training, introduction and feedback, etc., to establish Self Help Groups amongst you.
- Membership is also open for people who only wish to join us and develop their own Self Help Group.
- The members of the Self Help Group would help each other in solving their day-to-day problems in their personal and professional lives jointly.
