A successful person needs to have a perfect amalgam of mind, body and soul.  To do so, a person should maintain the perfect balance of physical health, I.Q. (Intelligence Quotient) and E.Q. (Emotional Quotient). Almost all of our institutions are producing IQ products. We require people who have the right blend of IQ and EQ and thus become the assets of our society and of our nation. That is the only way we can move forward towards success, growth, development and self actualization.
Everybody is aware of the terrible state of affairs of our manpower needs today. There is a huge shortage of progressive, qualified people with positive attitude. The premier education institutions are short of innovative, talented, and highly qualified Principals, Directors and Faculty members. In commerce and trading organizations, higher posts like Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, MDs, and Directors are lying vacant. Same is the scenario with in the State and Central government ministries and machineries. There is a dearth of right talent. The country needs statesman like Former President Sir Dr. Abdul Kalam.  A person who cannot only lead the country but who also works for and devotes him or herself towards the country’s progress in its various endeavors. But where are such people. It is appalling to note that there are a very negligible percentage of human resources, in our population of 130 crores. 
All of us have a stake in this world. We should all come forward and own up our responsibilities and duties towards our state, country and world. We all have to start now than never to work to become more resourceful, thoughtful and progressive. We all must utilize our potentials, talents, skills and learning to the maximum and become productive human resources.  It is the time for us to give back to the country, the nation, the world that has been supporting us till now. The Supreme Court of India rightly says that everyone is digging in the country. The country needs people now more than ever to give back to it. Now the time has come upon us all, to stop discussing and critiquing about should be done. We should all put serious thoughts and efforts towards what we should and can do and start to do it.
It often comes to one’s mind that what difference our efforts will make. It is to be remembered that everything has start a beginning. That is what we aim to do.
