Najaria believes that any individual can become accomplished and unique. It all depends on how the potential, training and resources of an individual are utilized. Today a large chunk of our population comprises of people who are ordinary and average. The need of the hour is to seek and inculcate critical thinking, individuality and originality. We do not need clones of average people. We need people who are bright, thoughtful, sensitive, adaptable, original and unique. We need geniuses. This is from where the idea of starting this foundation originated.

Najaria Expectations

    * Meditation should gradually become your daily habit to make you healthy holistically. This should be your first priority. We wish to foster your inner development as well as outer development.
    * All of you would be gradually equipped with voter identity cards, pan cards, personal saying bank accounts and driving licenses.
    * You would cast your votes, if you are above eighteen years of age, without any excuse so that genuine governments come into power for a strong state and a strong nation.
    * You would be aware of Right to Information (RTI) Act and help and encourage people to avail it.
    * You would be aware of and take active participation to eradicate social evils like, dowry, female infanticide, domestic violence, eve teasing, etc.
    * Behave friendly with each other without having any egoistic nature.
