Najaria Foundation is to bring social and Personal change and support girls towards their empowerment. Our aim is to make every girl a leader. We provide them with all the facilities they need and the atmosphere to work in team and inspire them to create self-support groups which is being led by the senior member of the group.

The girls' emowerment is what we aim for. Empowerment within society. Empowerment within the family. Empowerment inside a company. And in turn, empowering the whole nation. Our Foundation has a centrally located center equipped with a library, gymnasium, meditation center, career guidance and counseling center, finishing school, a monthly newsletter.

Najaria is a Foundation that wholly works on the principles of Democracy; it means that Najaria is for the girls, by the girls and of the girls as well. You will get a true feel of empowerment under the roof of Najaria Foundation. We are there only to guide you and act as guard in case you need our help, otherwise, it will be you who will be organizing and administering things and matters out at Najaria.

In short, Najaria has tried to leave no stone unturned that might in any way be able to lead us to our goals. Our weekly and monthly meetings are organized to set some sub-target, which would gradually lead towards self-sufficiency of Girls, so that they can also become the building blocks of our strong nation.
